Welcome to the new Bulgaria Sea View blog. You may have noticed that this is the first post and I’m going to use to provide a bit of context.
First let me tell you a little about Bulgaria Sea View. The site was setup to help advertise a holiday rental property, it grew and was adapted so that any owner like me could add their rental homes as well. That was about two years ago, now there’s a community of owners and holiday makers looking to rent, who regularly visit the site.
That’s where the blog comes into it. It is here to serve our community of users (that’s you), and it’s where you will find lots of information and advice whether you want to buy, rent or rent out. By the way you see the

icons at the top right of the blog? They are there so that you can subscribe via email or RSS, that way we’ll contact you when we publish new content.
OK. I’m going to start with something you have to live to understand: how to choose a property overseas.
